Aaron was absolutely amazing. Within 5 minutes of meeting him, we felt like we knew him for years. He was genuinely polite and professional from start to finish. He was absolutely thorough with his explanations and in completing of the job. On top of the kindness, professionalism and work, his price was definitely fair. Any other work we may need in the future for electrical or HVAC, Red Rock Mechanical will be our first choice. Itâ s hard to find people like this company now a days. They arrived when they said they would. Called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Aaron was very professional, courteous and explained what he was doing and why. I had a very pleasant experience, and they are coming out to do more work for me later on.

I hired this company when my air conditioner went out on one of the hottest days of the year. Mr. Granden came out the same day and was prompt, professional and courteous. He called when he said he would and showed up as scheduled. He explained everything to my husband and I and made sure we understood what was wrong and the repair that was needed. I would highly recommend him and I definitely will use his service again. Thank you so much!!!
