They were SO professional and thorough! They recommended a stain guard be put on since I have an old dog too. Glad I did because my roommate made some messes that will be easier to clean now that I have that.

The couch we have is velour. So when they cleaned it they also took the time to use a horse hair brush to make it look perfect once it was dry. I am very impressed with their customer service and will be calling them for a few more jobs I have.

Very professional, and we will use them again if the need arises. We had a drink spilled on a silk Turkish runner. The runner came back spotless.

Arthur and Hameed were fantastic. They worked hard on a difficult carpet cleaning challenge. These were the nicest most respectful young men. They were on time or early. They worked hard and did extra effort to make sure I was pleased. They told me exactly what they needed to do and why, how long it would take, and required no payment until I was happy with the result. Hands down these guys are the best. Not just in the quality of their work but in the quality of their character. We had a short notice move situation out of an apartment in Golden Colorado where my husband had been working for a short time. I needed to get a single bedroom carpet cleaned per our agreement with the apartment complex. It wasn't a big job or big money, all the other places I had called had a minimum charge and all we had was this little 12x12 bedroom of carpet that had been cleaning just 2 months prior. Not only did they provide a rate that fit the job they squeezed us into their schedule for the next business day. They had a minor issue with some of their equipment but here's where the service gets even better! While one of their guys was working on the equipment, the other was upstairs helping my husband and daughter move items out of the apartment because the moving service we hired hadn't showed up. My husband was having to haul a Uhaul trailer from Colorado to the Oregon coast in the middle of winter and was trying to get out before some bad weather hit, so time was of the essence. I couldn't believe it when my daughter told me that they helped with moving our items out. Rarely do you get service like that anymore, half the time nobody even cares, but these guys did. They were also friendly and kind and I think my husband and daughter were so caught off guard by the gesture it even put them at ease a bit in the middle of what was really a stressful situation for our family. They had to leave to have a piece of equipment repaired but returned and did a great job even though my husband and daughter had already had to leave for the drive to Oregon. They sent me an invoice and it took me a few days to get caught up enough with life to get it paid after our daughter had been in a car accident shortly after getting back to Oregon, but they were cool about it and caring of the situation. If you're in their service area don't hesitate to book these guys. I wish they could drive all the way to Oregon to clean my sofa set that I need cleaned! They also stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process, updating time of arrival etc. We just couldn't be more pleased.
