Bud Ebert and assist Brandon were amazing. Highly competent, resourceful, creative as needed, tenacous. A team I can trust. They went above and beyond in: tricky hot water heater and shower fixture installs, in addition to installing refrigerator water/ice line and toilet repair. Very attentive to cleaning up! Difficult to know cost of the hot water heater as the company's invoice does not itemize parts cost and labor.

Bud quickly saw the problem as a leaking garbage disposal. He replaced it and recommended a mold service to see f I needed any mold control.

Service was prompt with an explanation of service that was clear and pricing presented before work was performed. Professional service, clean and friendly. Great job! Would definitely use them again and recommend their services.

Joke company. 1/2 hour job needing no parts tried to charge $580. I got job done by another plumber for 150. Angies list is a joke as well. Do not waste your time

Tony was on time, polite, respectful, helpful, and was given the job of installing one toilet, moving another to another bathroom, removing the older one and fixing our 3rd. Not only was it a very professional finished product, but clean and pristine looking after. Believe me, we have hired others before that did not excel in any of these ways. We would whole heartedly recommend red rooter and if they send Tony, you will be in excellent hands.

Tony was awesome!!! He was on time and very friendly. I loved his there are no problems only solutions attitude. He took time to talk with me about my issue and explain to the process he was using to resolve it. He was patient with my many questions. I would definitely recommend him and Red Rooter to anyone who needs any plumbing issues resolved.
