Deck or Porch - Repair

JP came to my house to give me estimate on 3/12/25. Asked for money for supplies, gave him money and he cashed my check the next day. Was supposed to start building deck 3/16 and finish 3/17. Needless to say we are 5/5/25 he doesn?t respond to messages and this is the ?deck? that was built. You determine if you would hire this ?professional?. Needless to say had to hire someone else and filed small claim report to get my money back. What a JOKE.
