Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps- Install

They showed up at sporadic times, did not pour patio properly and water drains towards house. Concrete not thick enough is some ares, there is cracking and foot prints in the cement. Once they got paid they failed to Finnish the job. The side walks they poured do not line up, and they left a big mess in my neighbors and my yard. They will not answer there phone and I feel at this point I will have to seek legal action to get resolve.
