Bathroom - Remodel
Redcorn did a stellar job for us!!
They remodeled two of our bathrooms, and despite our changing plans on them at times, they took everything in stride and accommodated our wishes as the project went along.
Very happy with the results!!

Bathtub Installation and Replacement
This vendor was hired through my home warranty company to come out and inspect drain stoppage and a leaky faucet. Instead of being upfront about what they can and cannot do. They chose to come out and take my 100.00 dollar payment. Then report to the home warranty company about the 15.00 facet that needs replaced. Made an appointment to come back Monday to do the repair. Did a no call no show. Then when asked about it because rude and argued with me that they called and no one answered. I had my phone all day as I was expecting the service and have all call records. Then told he could. Not reschedule that when my home warranty company got their shit together he would come back and could be there Friday. 4 days after our scheduled appointment. I reported him for the no call no show and he got mad and said he was canceling my appointment. After he tried to act like the good guy saying he was willing to reschedule and work with me and again blaming it on the home warranty company.

Miscommunication between the owner and worker as to who would come and do the job; owner followed up and promised to come out himself if worker did not. He did - very professional and friendly. Happy to have the job done on a Saturday!

I did hire this pro. His plumbers did a good job but there was a miscommunication about the price. I paid him but expressed my concerns to HomeAdvisor and now he is mad and says he will not work with me again. I have a warranty that I am afraid he will not honor. Could HomeAdvisors intervene for me?
