Would say they were coming and never show up or call.

Be ready to get the run around , have them not respond and not show up when they are supposed to, and then have them try to upsale you on the price saying that its not included and they have to come back later and finish it. When you complaint about the price after the fact they say that the work that was done is normally almost double what you paid even though you got another quote from another recommended company which was less than what you paid them.
