Drain Clog or Blockage - Clear
The first plumber got here fast but had problems with his snake machine. He was friendly and was trying his best. Another plumber with a machine was dispatched and the drain unclogged within a couple of hours. The second plumber was also friendly, worked quickly and did a good job cleaning up after himself. I'm pleased, and surprised, with the follow up by telephone a week later but hope I don't receive too many more emails from the company. ;) I will most likely call these guys again when time to pump the septic tank. I'd give the company 5 stars except for maybe they might consider investing in a couple of new snake machines.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace
Our plumber, Nick, was fantastic! He was flexible in scheduling and was able to install a new main shut-off valve, two under sink valves, and a new faucet in two hours. He also called to check on the state of another problem we were having and offered to come out and check on it for us. He was a great plumber: very understanding, very informative. I highly encourage you to consider Nick and Reddi Services for your next job.
