Redefine Kitchen & Bath

Integrity is key in running a successful business and unfortunately this company lacks this important component. No one should have to beg someone especially the owner to keep his word and do the work we agreed upon. He refuse to finish the bathroom back splash which I've requested him to finish on more than 3 occasions. I gave the owner the exact paint codes for the work required from the paint company ppg. He went the cheap route and choose a totally different paint from the house original design. I told him to come over and look at the work performed and asked him a simple question. Would you want your house looking like this and he shook his head no. I had to give him the paint I personally had for my touch ups for him to get the color right. Which is the same paint codes I gave him before he even started the job. When I told him I want it done correctly and repainted he didn't seem pleased about my request. I'm not sure how he's been in business this long when he can't communicate properly and follow simple instructions. The insurance company requested a secondary supplemental report for the work and he has yet to send over the information needed. This has been almost a 2 month nightmare and I'm now forced to look for another company to finish my home. Please do your homework before hiring this company to do anything to your home!!!

Do not hire this guy. He comes off as personable, once you hire him the work starts off great. Only he sends random people for the job and does not check the work, even when requested. The communication is awful. He will ask for more and more money and eventually stop showing up and leaving work undone. This guy will rip you off. BEWARE!

Ramiro was contracted to complete a bathroom remodel. After 4 months, the job is not right and I have not received any response for updates. Pros: Pretty work. Great vision. Timely when it comes to you making payments. Cons: He does not check-in to ensure work was complete as discussed. This is how our two shower head dream became one shower head. He is pricey considering the inconvenience we experienced. No deadlines were met and there were no updates when appointments were going to be missed. No scheduled final walkthrough. They left the key on the table and was done, but there were many issues to be fixed. Still awaiting new drawers but he has not been responsive to my messages.

Ramiro Garcia came to our home, We told him what we had in mind to upgrade our bathroom. He gave us some great ideas. He gave us a quote and a time frame to complete the job. He finished it as promised. Did a beautiful job! We would recommend him to anyone!

great job!!! see a few issues on walls, but could be the actual walls itself .... but we’d definitely recommend these guys... infact already have!:-))
