The partner that cleaned my carpet was so kind, he listened to my concerns, went back over the areas I was most concerned about, & even worked harder than expected to get some wax I spilled out of my throw rug. They offered me a discount, but I was so happy with how hard he worked I payed full price. My attendant was also impressed so got their info. I plan to refer them to the nonprofit Pavilion, I’m on their board.
