Redemption Renovation

The main project of turning a screened in porch into a sunroom was completed to my satisfaction. However there was a lack of professionalism in completing finishing touches. Time lines were delayed and delayed again and delayed again. I am happy with the main build but finishing the smaller projects did not seem like a priority. Some of these projects had to be redone as the initial job seemed rushed and shoddy. Communications was primarily through text and there were times I felt a face to face conversation would have served us all better.

Redemption Renovation was super easy to work with. They helped me remodel my bathroom this fall. We did encounter an issue when the cabinets were delivered damaged, but they were highly communicative and proactive throughout the process of resolving the situation. I am extremely satisfied with the results and will definitely use them for future projects.

Wonderful experience. 2024 they completed a bid for an extension on my house, while im still saving up for that Redemption bid and installed 6 new windows! The price was affordable and quality top notch. I appreciated how they communicated and worked around our schedules and larger projects to fit in my window instal. All windows were completed in 2 partial work days. Not to mention Lance was phenomenal with my dogs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Shauna and Lance were magic makers at my restaurant! We had a door into our kitchen to moved and a 'window', opening up our kitchen space, expanded. They did a flawless, quick, and well priced job. My biggest concern going in was about someone convincing me to do a whole rebuild on a project I just wanted refreshed. Our deck was old and beat up but still functional and solid. We got a lot of transparency about which parts were fixable (like stripping and staining) and which parts needed replacing (like dog-chewed beams). Great communication throughout, felt like I could trust them to not screw me over, while not giving me a half-effort job by covering up what was actually a problem. Highly recommend.

We are SO happy with the work done at our restaurant. We had a door that needed to be moved from our bar to our hallway, and Redemption Renovation executed perfectly.
