Anna called me soon after I made my request for services. She was up front with her pricing. Her and her crew showed up at the designated time. I gave a her quick walk through of the rooms to be cleaned. She gave me an estimated time she would be done and finished the job in that time frame. They did a great thorough job throughout the house. She even showed me the one location that she was unable to clean due to the age of the appliance. I would recommend and use their services again.

Anna returned my call within hrs and listened to my job description.. It was a big job and my home has many animals.... We agreed on a one time price for distance she was traveling and job.. Team was so professional and easy to get along with. They made our home look like new.

They broke two kitchen blind parts but only mentioned one. Didn't clean around the toilets. The floor on side next to walls are DUSTY! My house is actually clean. I wanted vacuuming, dusting and shutters wiped which they did. The vacuuming was just a quick swipe as was the mopping of the tile floors. Then she charged $10.00 more on her bill than we agreed to - not that much money, but BAD business!

Professional, reliable, attention to detail

Hired for deep clean service after a rental move-out. Cleaning was not what I expected for a "deep clean". Perhaps that term needs clarification before job is quoted. Anna did return for some touch up work without additional charge.

overall was very good, but I think what I learned through the process was that an empty house is where you see a lot more detail in the work. she missed two areas that I think could have been cleaned better.
