The Redi Maintenance handyman fixed my cooler and outfitted it with new pads. I thanked him, because he did it quickly. You may tell him that I found his 25 FEET DeWALT TAPE, and he can come and pick it up at his convenience. I will leave it between the screen door and the front door. .

Hired the company not knowing who or what type of people to expect. First contact was a phone call from Christine. Nice and kind. Jack the owner came out same day. Placed a bid on my walk in shower completion. The bid was very fair and written out so I could see all costs. I chose date of starting the project and was very pleased at response. On first day Dave (the handyman) arrived on time, Jack also came by to explain the job etc. Dave was great, knew how to do the tile work, was always on time and very kind in letting me know what he was doing, and always asked if I was happy about it. Jack the owner also came over several times to ask how I felt about the project. I would and am going to tell my friends what a wonderful company. The shower looks great! The work they did on my home was wonderful. They scheduled a visit right away & gave me an estimate within 2 days. We got the work scheduled quickly. The gentlemen who worked on our home were professional, polite, friendly and worked so hard in such terrible heat. Job was done on time and they did great clean up. From scheduling to servicing, the process went smoothly. I am scheduled for surgery in 7 days and needed safety grab bars installed in my bathroom shower. Dave did a very professional job to make sure the bars were anchored to manufacturer s recommendations. Dave wore an N 95 mask, practiced social distance, and used hand sanitizer. All the work was performed in a professional and timely manner.

The workman changed the motor on my evaporative cooler but left the belt too loose and I had to call them back. There is no more adjustment left on the motor to get it tighter if the belt stretches a little.

the guy was friendly and helpful. He let me know that my faucet needed to be replaced and left to get a new one for me. The charges were reasonable. Would definitely use their service again

They had to re-schedule my job due to firing the original worker that they sent out. My wife and I were satisfied with the first worker and we are not sure why he was fired. It made it an inconveince for us to have to reschedule for a different day and time.

Only did one of 2 jobs I requested. Did fine on that one.

Contractor arrived early; project completed in 30 minutes. he offered to do a second small project since we were billed/paid by the hour. He mentioned that Redi Maintenance had recently severed relationships with several employees due to "quality control issues". Will definitely use them again in the future.
