They came on time and destroyed our wasps' nest that was high up in a tree. Love their warranty that they will return if the nest resurges, but so far it looks like their job was so good there is no chance the nest survived!

I highly recommend this company! They came out and gave me a free quote, removed a birds nest, sprayed for critters that the birds might have carried, and screened open holes (outside my home). Everyone was very friendly & it was all done in a timely manner!

Mr. Reeves came out to check out the situation and couldn't do anything at this time because of the nest location. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what we are going to have to do next and that they can help us at a later time. I will definitely be calling them back in a few weeks.

I can no longer put up with the poor customer service from this company (Redi National Pest Eliminators). In the last 12 interactions I have had with the company, I can only count 2 times I have been completely satisfied. The people I talk to on the phone and the technicians that show up to the house are knowledgeable and willing to help. However, they show up with the wrong equipment, the wrong time, no pre-call, or sometimes with a no show and no call. I have to feel guilty when I complain because the people I am complaining to are not to blame. I blame the leadership for poor planning and overwhelming the staff so the customer suffers as well as the moral of the workers. I was trying to be patient. I had hoped the service would improve. It has not improved and after several requests, management has not returned my call.

Redi-National Pest Eliminators were very quick and took care of the problem of pesky woodpeckers.

Woodpecker control was installed on Monday. Attacks continued for another three days, but at a less intense level. No attacks at all for the four days after that. I appear to be winning, but still not certain.

Easy, they were able to come out quick and took care of the woodpeckers!

The technician stated that they would come back in 2-3 weeks to set rodent traps. My renter tells me this has not happened.
