I realize there are supply chain issues, but it took a very long time to procure the correct part for my Bosch dishwasher. So, I don't know how much of this was related to the parts supplier and how much to Red's Appliance. I will say that once Red Appl showed with the correct part, the repair was readily made.

He was truthfull about the problem. Pointed out cost of fixing the washer verses replace. He was honest in the cost of his supplying a new machine and the costt of useing a BIG BOX to provide the servicce and his cost . He and his employes were polite and focused on solving my problem in a cost effective mannor and communicated well with answers to my questions. He provided service not BULL SH- -

I hired Reds to repair my icemaker. After an entire month, I still have no ice! Icemaker was replaced, and I still have no ice! Now they have stopped communicating with me and will not return my calls. Once it hit one month, they have removed themselves from correcting my problem and doing what is right and professional! 100% absolutely disappointed and will not recommend to anyone, ever!!! Unprofessional and disrespectful to completely ignore your customers, especially when you are fully aware that you have not fixed the problem. Unacceptable.

I was not personally present when the repair was done but my staff said that everything went smoothly and they were instructed how to avoid the same issue in the future.

I had a refrigerator/freezer combo and using it as a freezer. It was full of food and the controller malfunctioned. I was so nervous I was going to have to either throw away or cook all that food until I spoke to someone from his office. He was prompt, efficient, and completed the job quickly. The day I called is the day he came over to look at the job and everyone else I called was not available until the following week,. I appreciate his work ethic and honesty about what needed to happen. I also had several other jobs that needed attention and he was patient and looked at each of them and gave me an estimate as to how much it would cost. He even found a knob for my cooktop for me. Thank you so much for helping to save our food and my sanity.

Visit and advise was Frank and prudent. Asked to look at 8 year old refrigerator that no longer cooled. The advise was to not try to repair it which is what I did. Also added caulk to Samsung ice maker that was freezing. This was somewhat helpful but the ice maker is a problem. That may not be able to be solved. They were knowledgeable and helpful.

We have documents to back this review up and validate everything we say in this review. If Red somehow has convinced you that this review is not valid, then it is a testimony to how SLICK Red is. Do not use Reds - he is not trustworthy. Calling Reds a slick operator would be an understatement. Our dispute with the Reds began in March 2019 when our Miele Dryer fan blades blew apart. Suffice it to say this is a commonly available part and a low-cost item (lt is $50). But, if you are dealing with Reds and parts orders are involved, BE WARY of his tactics. Red came to our home on March 4 and immediately diagnosed the issue. While there he told my wife the part is only available for a Miele in some kind of KIT and that contains other wearable parts and he cannot just buy a fan. The charge would be $400 and Red needed advance payment so he could order the KIT. Red had my wife call his office, and spoke to the person who took the credit card info for the charge for the kit. The charge hit our account before the Reds Service vehicle hit the bottom of our drive. Over the next day, my wife became curious about this need to buy an expensive Kit that Red told her was the only way he could buy a Miele dryer fan from Miele. Red was reassuring though saying that the kit would contain other parts that might likely wear and break over some duration. WHAT A GREAT GUY, PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE... Not quite - my wife call and asked about Miele policy in selling parts in Kits only if it was just a simple fan needing to be replaced. after winding her way thru several Customer Service Department s at Miele, she finally got to the Service Parts area. Service confirmed 2 things, 1) No such Kit exists at any price and that the Fan is available as a separate part item to anyone who needs it at $47 2) Reds Appliances is not an authorized Miele appliance dealer as Red claimed at the time. When my wife called Reds and stated what she discovered, this began the battle of back and forth between Reds and us. Fortunately, my wife had used our CITI card that has a customer dispute policy, in which they agree to arbitrate claims like this. CITI put the charge on hold while they collected the necessary info they need to arbitrate a distribution like this. We, of course, had documented proof of Miele policy about parts and a statement for Miele Parts Department that the fan was a standalone item sold singularly, and not inside any kind of KIT, as was claimed by Reds. Miele also stated that any parts they sell can be returned if unused. Reds, on the other hand, were continuing to claim they were old the $400 for the Kit that they could not return. Reds never had bought such a kit, either piecemeal or otherwise from Miele who sent us a copy of Reds purchases from them. We had proof of our claim that Red was creating a scam and charging us for it. No service was ever rendered *except his $75 diagnosis, for which we had paid for, and no part was ever used... much less given to us. After 2 of our submissions to CITI were reviewed, the last one being in July, Red was given a deadline of August 11 to respond with their facts and reasons as to why the bill for $400 should be restored. We heard nothing until our September statement for CITI shoed that the $400 charge had been removed. We beat Red at his game of deception. Do not let him scam you with fictional parts kits and advance payments before service is rendered and complete. BE ON ALERT (RED ALERT) IF HIS VEHICLE IS IN YOUR DRIVE AND HIS MOUTH IS MOVING. Our rating of half a star is still too high, but it seems we cannot rate lower.

Red is awesome! Not only is he very polite and professional, but he is genuine and honest, as well. I hired him to look at my washer and dishwasher in one service call. He immediately diagnosed my dishwasherâ s issue, and also fixed my washer on the spot. He also sent me a few part numbers for my appliances in the case that I might need them in the future. Also, making an appointment with him was very easy, the receptionist lady is very nice. I feel very comfortable with him in my house and I highly recommend him.

I called Red's to fix my GE Refrigerator. The service was outstanding and extremely prompt. The Service Tech diagnosed the issue and told me how to fix it and indicated it was a typical issue with this refrigerator. We did what he said and it worked. It only cost us the service call which was less than other companies and well worth the money. I will call them again in the future with any appliance issues.
