Red came to my house and gave me estimates on several electrical projects I wanted done. We agreed on one of the projects, installation of two outdoor lights, with photosensors to turn them off during the day. He said he could do it in the next week. Several weeks later, he finally showed up and installed the lights. Unfortunately, the photosensor didn't work on one of them so it stayed on all the time, and the other was far brighter than I wanted, lighting up both mine and the neighbor's yards at night. I called him many times (leaving at least 6 messages) to tell him that I didn't like the lights and to ask him to please come back give me an estimate for modifying them. Three months later, he has still not come back nor has he returned my calls. I paid him $400 for work that I will now have to pay someone else to take out.

He was very neat and cleaned up when he was done. He was very courteous and very experienced.
