Red's was wonderful!! They wore shoe covers, checked the whole AC system to be sure there wasn't just a minor issue causing the problem, gave me honest and accurate information and when it was decided that we would get a new AC system, I was given affordable options. Joe and his team came out to my home the same day within a couple hours of me calling. Their service has been honest and affordable. Great company to work with!

Did not fix my furnace, charged the full amount. No follow-up after the attempt. The only positive was the tech seemed friendly.

"This is not very honest Tim, We did a full diagnostic on your furnace and found only 1 small part not operating within spec but other than that could not find any mechanical failures. This means that because we did not find any failures we did not try to sell you unnecessary parts. Tim called back several times to get another appointment in which I offered a FREE service call in case we missed something the first time. He canceled 2 times saying he fixed it himself and there was no reason to come out. Also, 2 times he called me back yelling and cussing at me because his furnace did not work. How can I make it right if you will not allow me? Bad form Tim."

They detected a carbon monoxide leak and informed me it was not serious - bad feeling from service provider and had 2 other companies go out to recheck and they both red flagged turned my furnace off due to deadly carbon monoxide poisioning leak
