We went to work on Monday after a rain shower and found that our asphalt roof was leaking and we had more showers coming. I contacted some local roofing companies and they never returned my call. That was when I first tried Home Advisors and shortly afterward Brian Passion from Redstone Roofing called me right away. They came out and covered the roof with a tarp so no further damage occurred right away. They measured the roof and got me a quote in about a week. I would recommend Redstone Roofing for all your roofing needs Brian and his employees are personable and they did a fantastic job installing a metal roof and cleaning up their debris

This is the third roof I have had put on my home. The first was when the house was built. The second time was 12 years later after a storm that inflicted hail damage. And then 10 years after that because of storm damage. It all started when we observed a wet spot on the bedroom ceiling. I went to Home Adviser requesting a roofing contractor to fix the leak. Redstone Roofing was at the top of the list for contractors that had done work in the Harvest area. I called Redstone and they came out the same day and inspected my roof. Redstone informed me that not only did I have a leak but also I had storm damage. They then installed a tarp over the roof to temporarily stop the leak. Redstone Roofing offered to help me file a homeowners claim. To that effort they sent a survey of the damage and an estimate of repair to my insurance office. An inspection by my claims adjuster verified Redstone Roofing's observations and the claim was approved. Redstone Roofing started my roofing project almost immediately. They took three days to complete the project. The reason it took three days was because they worked one section of the roof at time because we were experiencing thunder showers. They also were paying close attention to details. This was by far the best roofing job I have seen to date. Another point is that Redstone Roofing recommended and used only top of the line materials. They provided me with a 10 year warranty on labor and a 30 year warranty on the shingles. I would recommend Redstone Roofing. It is a locally owned company run by some of the nicest people you will ever meet.

Needed some roof repair due to DIRECTV installing the satellite dish wrong. This caused water to get through the shingles and rotted the plywood underneath it. Contact was made with Redstone Roofing and they sent out a crew to inspect the damage within an hour. After agreement of the cost I told them to fix it. The crew went and got the supplies, came back, and fixed it the same day. Really appreciated the fact that they made my roof a priority. When I need more roof work done they will be contacted.

Easy to work with

The work was started on time and on budget. The roof looks great. They did a thorough job of clean up when the job was done. Overall, we are very pleased with the whole experience.

They did a beautiful job. Cost was exactly what they said it would be. I signed the contract one day and they started to work the next morning. They said it would take two days to completely re-deck our roof and install the roofing. They finished up with the roof and clean-up late afternoon of the second day. What is not to love about that?
