Brandy answered my phone call and quickly responded to our problems of mud dawbers (wasps) getting into the kitchen. He quoted a price that was reasonable and was on time for the appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable on the subject and told us how to prevent them from coming back. We will have him out in a few months for a termite inspection. Great job.

I made the appointment with Brandy for ant control quickly and efficiently after an over-the-phone quote. He called to confirm and arrived on time. He answered all my questions and provided some very useful information. The wet spray used in the kitchen look longer to dry than I expected and there was more of an odor for the rest of the day (I have an acute sense of smell). But, by the next day there was no more sign of ants and everything was back to normal. I am very satisfied with this service.

Showed up on time both times. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced. Work was performed in time estimated. Mr. Straub made it a point to keep house clean during work. He also pointed out minor fixes to prevent future investation of pests. Additionally Mr. Straub noticed problem with heating ducts that former "professional" HVAC firms missed.
