Apr 4th - trimmed 15' off the top of 25' podocarpus shrub, was also to trim the width which was not completed. I am a senior and I will admit to not fully inspecting the work and I foolishly paid him in full ($1000). Next day Apr 5th, I contacted Matt to tell him that I was not happy and need the sides trimmed. I sent pictures. Matt very politely said they would come Apr 11th, they did not show up that day nor the 3 other days that he said they would come. I am still looking to get what I paid for. This would restore my faith in the integrity of this company.

Matt was very courteous, but they ran out of room in their dumpster said he would be back. They were paid, but never to return and does not answer phone calls or text texts very unprofessional.

We had a small problem with the appointment time but not enough to diminish my review. Matt & crew were polite & hard working. They did a fantastic job trimming our 4 palm trees & the clean up was great. The pricing was fair & we will definitely hire them again.

They removed 6 palm trees that were not easy to get to. They were punctual, polite, knowledgeable, worked quickly, and cleaned up when finished. Fairly priced. They gave us an estimate one day, and did the work the next day which was great. Definitely recommend this company.

They never finished the job. Kept giving dates but did not show or call to say they were not coming. Finally, my neighbor, who also hired them, got tired of the endless promises and decided to look elsewhere.

Paid them $300 for them to come out and trim and remove some tree branches in our back yard. 20 minutes later and they did NOT haul away everything as we paid for. Still got everything in our backyard. The man had the audacity to say **but I put your fence back up** meanwhile, we did not ask nor pay for that. Mind you, **put your fence back up** means he leaned our fence up after it falling, he did not do extra work or labor. Give us what we pay for or DO NOT COME OUT AT ALL. They are trash. And I would not recommend them to someone, even as a joke.

Matthew did not return to clean up.

Matt and his crew were amazing! They did a beautiful job and even went above and beyond. I highly recommend them and will not only use them in the future, but I ll recommend them to my friends and neighbors

They were very efficient and great for general small branch trimming. They were professional and thorough. I am definitely keeping their number for future jobs.

Good company, but they don't have a the equipment to go up very high for large jobs and they need more than one person to complete the job. He was very nice and did what he could on the height of the tree's. I would hire again for trimming of the tree's.

Quick response time

Responded quickly, price was the best on the market. Did amazing work and was punctual.

We needed someone to do the work the same day as requested (had realtor s photographer scheduled for the following morning) due to the original tree service being unable to complete the work. Matthew and his assistant were able to work us into their schedule the same day AND give us a great price. The service and professionalism was stellar. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them. For the record this is the first time EVER that the bride was pleased with the quality of work. Usually the trees in her opinion get scalped.

Customer service was outstanding. Just didn't do a few things that I asked to be done.

Matthew was very responsive from the first call. He was professional and polite. I was very specific with what I wanted cut (tree trimming) and my neighbor was keeping a close eye on what was being done (wanting to ensure nothing dropped on his landscaping which was directly underneath our overgrown limbs). Matthew made sure it went according to plan and he will definitely get additional business in our neighborhood based on the work he did!

I read some of the reviews they did have some poor ones but I think that was just upset customers that wanted to control the situation these guys showed up to my house and trimmed 3 queen palms for me and did an excellent job very professional and very polite I would recommend these guys to anyone very respectable young man will definitely be using their services again
