Reed Construction, LLC, has been in business for 25 years. Our name is well known for our quality craftsmanship and reliable service. Our professional staff can design, build and remodel all residences, no matter the size or style. For instance, we recently restored an entire home built in 1910. Rather than give an actual estimate up front, Jeff offered frequent proposals/updates as the cost of the project skyrocketed. The project took a long time to complete, as one of the workers often stepped in to have long conversations. In addition, after defining a plan for the stairs, the workers spent hours trying to refit what was there rather than implement the plan. When we asked them to wrap up the job, they left work that they took apart unfinished.

Jeff and his worker are easy to work with and do quality work. His price was great and I loved the fact that he went above/beyond to add some nice touches which I didn't expect which gave me that WOW factor! I definitely recommend Reed Construction!

We were very pleased with Jeff Huber and his team from Reed Construction. They did excellent work in a timely manner, were extremely pleasant to deal with, adhered to a schedule as much as possible and always called if they were going to be late or there was a problem. They were real pros. We highly recommend them.

I paid $2,788.49 for inst. of 31 joist hangers (23 bent/miss nails) +6.5ft stud wall.1st effort at wall was 2 ins out of plumb.I was charged $300 to have this rebuilt.After wall re-built I got Tiger Home Insp. to look at it.They said "The installation was not performed in a good workman like manner - studs do not line up with top plate, over nailing and split studs that appear to have been re-used, wall is slightly out of plumb." Other issues,hot water pipe damaged (fixed after 4 days),overnailing has split blocking for hangers and one stud,3 joists supposedly jacked up secured non-flush,13 nails in one joist trashed bot 4ins.

"We did everything we were asked to do. I met with homeowner to discuss what issues he had. He and I agreed to have me complete a few items at which time I would be paid. We stand behind our work. Any of these issues are things that were discussed and agreed to. I only hope that this will be resolved."

They came over our house and fixed the balcony sliding doors within thirty minutes. Repair man was honest and efficient. I would use this company again for other home repair projects. We have used other companies for other types of home repair work, but our dealing with the Reed Construction company has been the most positive experience. Not only did they fix our problem, but was honest and reasonable about the repair costs.
