We had what we thought was a minor electrical issue on our 2nd floor. It turned out to be very serious and possibly life threatening. Peter quickly determined that our wiring was faulty and he showed us the circuitry that was in fact charred and very close to an electrical fire. He explained the situation to my Wife and me and told us he would need to call in extra help to tackle the job. He told us that he would not leave until he had completed the job and we would be safe to inhabit our house. His Team worked tirelessly through the night and completed the job sometime after 11:00 PM so my Family and I would not need to spend the night in a hotel. I had some small things around the house to be done. He was prompt and responsive to text messages. He changed outlets to grounded ones and trouble shot the light in the kitchen. We tried the least expensive fixes first before it was determined the light fixture needs to be replaced. He even went out to the store to get the right parts and came back right away to get the job done.

We were having an issue with half of our electricity either going out or flickering constantly. Peter came in and was able to find a solution so quickly without giving the runaround. He was very honest which is very important to me when it comes to having these types of things worked on. He was able to show me exactly what the problem in the fuse box was and what he did to fix it. He was very thorough when explaining what exactly he did. He also gave me a heads up on some wiring/fuses that will need to be fixed down the line. One thing I genuinely appreciated was that he was honest and let me know it was not something I would need to have done immediately but it would definitely need to be taken care of down the road.
