Dan Absolutely knocked it out of the park on my new office floor! When I reached out to have my floors done ONLY 2 Days before this photo he agreed to come down and take a look. I took measurements for him and he came down and was in and out in 1 day. And the floor looks absolutely amazing!! We will certainly be reaching out to Reed Property Services for more upcoming projects in the future. Thanks Dan!!!

Dan from Reed Property Services did a great job with my garage floor. Dan was very responsive and answered all of my questions. I'm so glad I decided to have Dan epoxy my garage floor. The floor had numerous cracks and now looks like a showroom. I would highly recommend using Dan!

The epoxy floor started to peel after one year. Contacted Reed property services about coming back to fix it. He said he would and never came, regardless of my phone calls and messages.

Awesome company. Awesome results! Dan and team show up on time and get the job done. From reviewing options to clean-up, everything is professional and hassle-free. The end result in our basement and garage still blow my mind. The epoxy flake coatings make everything look brand new and so clean it looks better than some of the living areas in my house. They also use the professional grade materials that will effectively last forever. I can’t recommend them and this type of flooring enough.

Reed Asphalt Sealcoating is an amazing company. They’re professional, punctual, and do an incredible job with explaining what needs to be done without trying to swindle you. The flooring in my garage is absolutely spectacular you could eat off of it. 10/10 will recommend to anyone and everyone looking to get their floor epoxied. Can’t wait to have them come do my driveway.

The work was done even though rain was forecasted. Communication was difficult. The Rain washed away the top coat and made the driveway patchy. They did follow up and come back but instead of resealing the driveway they patched it and now it looks terrible. When I sent a picture to show what it looked like they said that was just sand. I would not use them again.

"I?m sorry to hear you where not totally satisfied with the job we provided. I would like to say the reason why we didn?t respray the hole driveway was the fact that 99% of the driveway didn?t need and was actually going to make it worse seeing it can take 3 weeks to fully dry all the way though and the reason why some washed away was because that?s where the low spots in the driveway where so the sealer got rehydrated also why the sand was left there and about the patchy look they are in different stages of drying and will eventually blend together as I told the gentleman who came out as I was working. I also apologize for the lack of communi"

We got our driveway seal coated. They did a great job! The price was right and they were fast! Unfortunately it rained unexpectedly and so there were spots left in the driveway, but Dan Reed came out and fixed it. He was great to work with. Communication was easy through texting. I highly recommend Dan and his team.
