Chris was very likeable and knowledgeable. He ended up getting my tub all set up with proper plumbing for the shower and gave me some tips on other diy parts of my bathroom remodel.

Prompt, courteous, and excellent communication skills! Originally it looked like a special part was needed for my clawfoot tub. It would take 4-6 weeks to order it. However Mr Reed found a way to fix it without that inconvenience. He was terrific!

Other plumbers could not figure out & do what he did. Hired to replace outside old faucet, also put in x2 on/off valves additional work. Put in access panel to cover ceiling also!! Others just left whole in ceiling. Highly recommend.

Sump Pump - Repair or Replace
We called this contractor based upon previous reviews and was extremely pleased. We called at 1:00 to see if they could get there that day, but was already booked. But could make the next day of between 10:30 and 11:30. They said they would call before they came and at 10:30 they called and said would be there in a hour, which they were. Over the phone they gave a quote for the job to replaced a sump pump motor. The quote is exactly what they charged us. The work was done quickly. We were extremely please with the service and communications. We will definitely use them if needed again.

Quick to respond on leak from toilet in upstairs bathroom in January. Fixed it at a reasonable price. Had an issue again with the toilet this week and he came right out and repaired at no charge. Extremely happy.

They come out and look at what I thought was need they told it was not and discounted the free to come out because they where hold back by another job. They were very nice and made sure that I understood what was happing
