Josh was the early for his appointment, listened the the problem I was having with the furnace (no heat), tackled the task at hand and had it working again. He was professional, courteous and answered all my questions. I would recommend Josh and the company and definitely call them again

Josh and Steve were on time, efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem. Billing was exactly what they estimated and was very fair. They took time to explain what they had done.

When I called for service Josh said he could come on the weekend but suggested a better rate if I could wait until Monday. We set and appointment and Josh and Steve arrived on time. They were able to repair an older gas furnace that had been jury rigged by two other companies to the point it would not work. I would recommend them and will certainly use them again when it comes time for summer inspection. Thanks Guys!

The service tech that came was very good he had it figured out and fixed in about 45 minutes and was very polite very courteous and very efficient I would recommend them to anybody

We initially used this 12 months ago for a AC service after we suspected we were about to be ripped off by another company (turns out we were. ) Reed's crew gave an honest opinion of the condition of the unit and saved us a lot of money avoiding unnecessary repairs at that time. Because of this experience we decided to hire them to install a complete replacement of our air con and heating system 12 months later. This is a very good company, they turned up to provide an assessment and quote when they said they would and also turned up as scheduled of the installation. We did have a couple of issues post the installation, but totally understand this can happen and were very pleased by the manner in which the company listened and responded resolving things very quickly. We would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.
