Ken the owner, and his crew were very professional and friendly. They did a great job installing 8 plantation shutters and 2 sets of vertical cellular shades. I would definitely use them again.

The two window treatments were not actually ordered when I signed the agreement and paid for them. I learned this when I phoned Reef Window Treatments a few weeks into the project to ask about the status of the order. Then the company charged about $100 extra to rush the order so that I could wait another 9 days. The installer knew that I was in a hurry because the materials were for a vacation rental property and it was important for my business that the house looked well cared for. No price adjustment was made to the cost of the blinds and no reduction in installation fee for their failure to order the blinds in a timely fashion. For these reasons, I would not recommend dealing with Reef.

Second, the company that handles the installations for Home Depot is Window Treatment Installations. While we do handle the dispatching of Window Treatment Installations, we are in no way allowed to provide discounts on behalf of The Home Depot. Furthermore,Reef Window Treatments did not charge a rush fee. Any additional charges were through The Home Depot and not Reef Window Treatments. We understand that you did not have a good experience with The Home Depot. In the future any feedback would be best directed to the company that you purchased the shades from."
