John Reekers is exactly the kind of small-business owner you want to find and then tell everyone you know about. Army combat medic turned carpet cleaning professional ? and it shows in how he operates. Punctual, communicative, thorough, and genuinely proud of his work. He cleaned the carpets at my aunt's home in the Spirit Lake area, including some seriously tough staining (carpeted bathroom ? enough said), and the results had the whole family stunned. Best they've looked in over ten years. His low-moisture encapsulation process is effective, his pricing is fair, and his personality makes the whole experience a pleasure. Great sense of humor, zero-hassle communication, and he delivers exactly what he promises. Five stars doesn't cover it.
