Jory and the Reel Construction team were an absolute pleasure to work with for our exterior patio repair. I spoke with Jory in early 2021 about the repairs. He came to the house and looked at the repair needs, explained what would need to be done and gave me a fair estimate. He was ready to start within a couple of weeks if I was ready. I ultimately decided to postpone the repairs at the time. I reached out to Jory again in late 2022 when the repairs needed to be made. He remembered speaking with me and what we discussed in 2021 and quickly provided an updated estimate and put me on his team's schedule. His team was experienced, professional and polite, kept the project area clean at all times, explained step-by-step the repair process, communicated throughout, and were generally very pleasant to work with. They worked really hard to make sure the repairs were done right and that I was happy with the final product. I would recommend Reel Construction to anyone in need of home repairs or renovations. We remodeled two bathrooms, and are very pleased with the outcome! Jory’s team was terrific (Thomas on demolition, kept surrounding clean and safe and done quickly, Brad was an excellent foreman and did terrific work on the all the installation, and Alex was fantastic with the tile, quite the artist, painter/plasterer was quick, clean, and did a great job). Jory is all about the quality and very responsive. We did butt heads on design a bit but as we listened to Jory’s concerns and he listened to our care about we arrived at a fantastic product. We appreciate all the hard work and effort. Bathrooms are great. Recommend having a great outside designer and product person like Barbara Langan at Old World Cabinetry for fixtures also as knowledgeable people are instrumental in the outcome as well. Thanks to all.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!

They were very professional and hard working. They did a good job of cleaning up every day and after completion. Jory's suggestions for improvements over the old deck they removed were great.
