Hired Reel Opportunity for fiberglass pool and concrete deck removal. Very professional and courteous. Bob listened to concerns with utilities and construction and worked with me so I didn't have additional problems with sewer, phone and electric. Would definitely call again .

Hired them for a deck demolition and removal. Super responsive, courteous & professional. They came out Thursday late afternoon to give me an estimate. By Saturday morning the job was finished and at a very fair price. I would highly recommend these guys!

Had our pool cage re-screened incl. new screws. Several screws were initially missed-but we caught this BEFORE they were paid, and they did replace. However, we found 4 openings in the new screening where they did not run the spine rubber properly at corners in our pool cage AFTER they were paid and gone, and they refused to take my repeated calls or answer my message requests to return my call to come back to fix it. They also left untrimmed pieces of screening along the joints. Would NEVER hire them again or recommend them to anyone because of their workmanship and lack of courtesy and poor customer service. Save yourself the aggravation we experienced with this company. We now are stuck having to repair their shoddy workmanship. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

"This customer we worked for until 9:00 at night to get the job done for her. We worked on removing a fire place also for her that she did not mention in this review we did it for free!! We did miss a couple screws to replace. Sorry, it is hard to see at nighttime! We did go back and replace for her. She talks about missing corners or spline. But does not mention that there is pool plumbing and electrical conduit in the way and we could not spline around it. I have a 5 STAR RATING ! It is a shame that a customer that you bend over backwards for and bust your butt from morning till night would write such a review, there is always two sides"
