This painting was required from the HOA with specific brand of paint as well as specific colors of paint. HOA had several other requirements and Mr. Galvan provided all the necessary licenses that were requested. He was very understanding of HOA rules and regulations and worked with their restrictions. He communicated with me often, I was always able to contact him if I had any questions and he was on time every morning. He did an exceptional job. I am very happy with the quality of his work and will definitely use him for any future painting projects.
