I hired them to provide inspection services and an estimate to supplement a home inspection on a home I am looking to purchase. I explained that I needed the report and the estimate within a couple of days of the inspection so I could use the information in the negotiations process. The inspection was performed on 5/24. By 5/29 I had still not received the report and repair estimate so I called and was promised I would have it in the late afternoon of 5/29. I am still waiting as of 6/5. By now it is way too late to be of any use, so I am disappointed to say the least. Maybe they are better at the actual repairs and renovations than the paperwork.
