Appliance (Major Electric Appliance) Installation and Replacement
He made an assumption of what was wrong with my freezer. He said it was 450. He said pay half and pay the rest when the parts comes in. He said it'll take 5-7 days. Its been 2 weeks with no replies from phone or from text. This is a scam business

Five stars on all accounts. Timely, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Great communication, proper diagnosis and problem solved on both the washing machine and microwave. Would highly recommend them and would use them again. Fabulous experience.

Fridge, Freezer or Ice Maker Repair or Service
Reese Repairs, LLC is Absolute pure scam. Took deposit over $300 to work repair stove but never did. Initial estimate the person was nice and seemed trustworthy but as senior citizen I feel having been taken advantage of. Very sad. He rescheduled several times with different excuses, same thing happened to other consumers, read other websites negative reviews. He failed to respond to multiple messages, failed to issue refund. Really horrible experience, we have to order takeouts,lost 4 days from work because of this. Anyone else scared be aware to report to local authorities and BUREAU OF HOUSEHOLD GOODS AND SERVICES.
