In addition, Referral Appraisal offers the following programs to our lenders: Value Added If there is an issue of the comped value and the appraising value, we will call you before we continue on to complete the appraisal. If the supported value will not work for the needs of your client, we will not charge for the appraisal. Flexible Scheduling If your borrower has scheduling issues, we are flexible to meet there needs by providing early morning or weekend appointments at no additional cost.
