After project was complete, it was noted the next evening when I bathed in it that the surface bottom was extremely rough, the surface felt bumpy to touch after it was completed and Mr Block stated that the bumpiness would disappear. It did not after several months. Also Mr block was called back two days after job to correct finish that was blurry and area that was missed, in which he corrected. However the surface continued to scratch my bottom after a couple months it didnâ t wear away, so I called Mr. Block and he finally came out after missing an appointment to mitigate the problem, he sanded the tub and informed me he had to order the paint to repaint the bottom. Now the tub has been sanded down like it never was resurfaced, I havenâ t heard from him tried calling several times with no answer. I left several messages since early November 2020 to no avail. I have a receipt for the job that he signed with a 5 year warranty. The job cost was over $600.00 and all I want is for the job finished

Guido is very customer focused. We refinished our custom cultured marbled shower and it's like we have a new shower. Guido's communication, workmanship and quality are all excellent. Don't try to redo your bath and spend thousands, hire Guido to refinish your shower, bathtub, or counters. Great guy! Would HIGHLY recommend!
