My windows look great! The men who came out to clean the windows were on time, professional and left no mess behind. I also appreciated the customer service when the price was much higher than the estimate I was given. The reason for this was that crank out windows are charged per pane, which wasn't explained, and I only counted them as one window. When I spoke with them on the phone they were able to adjust the price. I appreciated that. Next time I need my windows cleaned I will call Reflective Images again. Michelle

They did a great job. Did not have to remove all of the screens like other companies said they would. They only removed the screens, above the downspouts, but forgot to put the screens, on the upper gutters, back down. They are supposed to come and fix this today(7/17/08). Otherwise they did a good job

They were pretty late for the job. (1 1/2 hours). Although apologetic, I would've appreciated a telephone call from the company right away. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves.

The company is very busy. But, once we got together on a date, the work was completed very well. The workers cleaned my windows spotlessly (up stairs and down) in less than an hour, and the price was reasonable. I intend to use them again in the future.
