Reflex is a startup owned and operated by a veteran. Josh wants to do things right and he impressed me. He started out by being prompt and on time and always kept me informed. Not so big that you're just another number. Suggest you give him a chance.

Josh was beyond patient! We knew we needed AC but had just bought the house and didn't want to make quick decisions. He was patient, kind, and extremely informative! He was able to quote multiple things out for me and made sure we understood what we were getting. We ended up doing not only AC but replacing our 29 Year Old furnace as well. The experience with Josh was A and I wpuld recommend him to anyone else needing HVAC.

I had a AC unit that was still under warranty and he came over went out of his way to see what the problem was and he found that the install was done incorrectly and he fixed the leaked that was not sealed fitting on the pipes. My wife who has medical issues needs AC for comfort I would recommend him to anyone.
