Professional and explained everything leaving me feeling I had made the right decision.

Antwan Richardson was very prompt, knowledgeable, patient, kind, helpful and more than thorough! He gave us suggestions when we needed advise and he gave us multiple financing scenarios to best accommodate our needs!

Antwaun was the person that came to my house. He was very pleasant. He explained every step of the process. I can't wait to see my new floors. Thank you

Do not work with this company. As a realtor/property manager, I had high hopes for a quick one day project in my personal home. The sales guy was great, but that?s where it ends. The work wasn?t done because they?re tried to charge me a fee to cancel when their installers couldn?t do to a job on my scheduled date. I booked one month in advance and they still tried to change the date claiming they didn?t have a crew. When I advised them that I couldn?t change the date of install, they called me back to claim they would have to push my date due to possible asbestos tile and that they had to test it first. I advised them that I laid the flooring and there was no asbestos. They clearly didn?t want to do the job and had to find a way out. Also keep in mind that I was told these installers worked for the compnay refloor, however it?s a third party installer, which means I was lied to. Business should not be conducted in this manner. Highly do NOT recommend this company for any job.

Mitchell came in and inspected my floor. He told me exactly what job they where going to on my floor. He explained everything thoroughly to me. He was also very helpful in helping me pick a color. He was very professional and very personable. I felt comfortable going ahead with the project.

Mike did a great job of explaining the products available and all of our options. I felt confident that he was looking out for our best interest without pressuring us to make a purchase.
