Krisztian and crew arrived precisely on time. They were clean, courteous, efficient and answered all my questions. Had a couple of floor squeaks and Krisztian added some nails to silence the squeaks. He also overlapped the plywood base to provide a better support. Very much appreciative. They both really worked well together. Can’t imagine another team doing our install any better.

My installer Vitality was the best. He made sure that everything was perfect. Josh was the installer coordinator who checked several times dure the day to insure that I was satisfied with with the installer and the work that was being done. My wife thinks the floors look great! Thank you Refloor.

We were tired of our old carpets that were all through our house including the stairs. Refloor removed all the carpets and installed LVP flooring throughout the house. The whole crew of installers were great; accommodating us while they moved our furniture, installed the flooring, and cleaning up afterwards. We're very pleased with the results and highly recommend Refloor.

Highly recommend "Refloor" - Cleveland! This is our second big installation with this great company. The first one was about 3 years ago. We came back again! Everyone from Dylan, our Salesperson, to Dominique, in Customer Service, both Installers, and Lauren, after installation, did a really wonderful & fantastic job! Everyone was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind also. We love our new beautiful floors! We love the new "Sandbar" floors and "Refloor!"
