Refloor - Cleveland

This was a very tough job and a large one. The previous owner had installed terrible tile flooring and did a horrible job and a specialized crew had to come out for a few days of install. Mike and his crew did an amazing job. They were efficient, communicated what was happening, respectful and just did such a fantastic job on floors. Arteis, the project manager, called daily, multiple times to let you know what time the crew would be there, to see if you had questions and to check on how things were going with the project. Absolutely smooth experience from start to finish- from scheduling an appointment to sales to install. Would highly recommend this organization.

I had the best experience with Refloor. Janie explained the entire process before the work was completed . She stayed in contact with me all the through the process. After it was complete she called to make sure I did a walk through and that I was satisfied. Lucas was the installer. He explained everything to me step by step. I was very happy with him. I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended

Job was done right and a great pace. Josh administrated the work well over the phone. Installers were kind, courteous and professional. All worked well together . We are pleased with the work. As an self-made Handyman, I'm impressed with the final work.

We have been wanting to get our floors done for a few years now. We finally pulled the trigger and made an appointment to talk to someone. Our salesman, Gino, was amazing! He was very informative, personable, and listened to what our needs were. There was no pressure from Gino and he was very genuine. He answered all our questions and found what fit our lifestyle best.

The installation is scheduled for Sept. 18 and has not yet been completed. I wanted to rate the rep who came to my home and was very professional and thorough (Herman)

This home visit was for measuring and pricing of a bedroom floor replacement. I did end up buying the product and scheduling the install from Refloor. Samantha was very knowledgeable about the product and a big help to me with choosing what would work best in my home.

Where do I begin? The Refloor customer representative, Janie, and the installer, Stephen, were fabulous. Janie called me several times every day to let me know when Stephen and his crew would be arriving. She called midday to check in to see how things were going and if I had any questions or concerns. Then she called at the end of the day to follow up about the install and to let me know about the next day of installation and what to expect. I really appreciated her kindness, thoughtfulness and follow through. I have never had customer service like this before. She's the best! What can I say about Stephen and his crew. They were fabulous! Stephen was very friendly and professional. He made sure I understood everything that he and his crew would be doing with the installation of the new floors. He made sure I had design options when the LVP and tile were installed. This was a large project. The installation was completed in less time than the original timeframe given.

Our experience with Refloor was outstanding from start to finish. The job was completed correctly and in a timely manner. Jim, the installer, arrived each day at the time he promised, ready to begin work. His assistant, Kevin, was equally prepared. Both young men were respectful, polite, pleasant to work with, and clearly knowledgeable in their field. Jim voluntarily explained every phase of the job, which we greatly appreciated. It was evident that both men truly enjoyed their work and took great pride in the final outcome. Josh, the Installation Manager, checked in with me three times a day to ensure everything was progressing smoothly and according to plan. He was thorough, attentive, and listened carefully to any questions I had. Each question was answered to my complete satisfaction. My husband and I felt that we developed a wonderful working relationship with the team. We genuinely enjoyed our experience with Refloor and will gladly recommend them to our friends.

They did three closets 2 bathrooms all with quarter round trim in addition to all these pics. Great job!!

Stephon was my installer who came. He analyzed the floor, gave me great opinion and completed the task. Excellent teamwork. I love my new floor.
