Refloor - Cleveland

The experience was wonderful. Stephen H and his crew went above and beyond installing our new flooring. He explained everything before and after the installation. They finished the flooring in less time than quoted. Love the floors. Would definitely recommend

I was very unhappy with Jeff from the start. I should have told him to leave and we would get an estimate elsewhere. We're having our kitchen redone and I want it to flow into our hallway. I want to have the left side of the archway from the kitchen to curve and connect with the left side of the hallway. Jeff said "that won't look right. You should square it off". What business is it of his. It's not his house and he's not paying for it. I realize he was just trying to make it easier for him to measure. I don't want it squared off and if it can't be curved then possibly a straight angle but not a square angle. If you need to send out someone to remeasure, send anyone but Jeff and if you can't fix it to the way I want it, then cancel my loan with GreenSky and refund my $1000 deposit so we can check with another company. I'm sorry to be so harsh. It's hard for me to write all this but I've been unhappy with the plan for a whole week and had to get it off my chest. My # is 419-681-396I

Highly recommend "Refloor" - Cleveland! This is our second big installation with this great company. The first one was about 3 years ago. We came back again! Everyone from Dylan, our Salesperson, to Dominique, in Customer Service, both Installers, and Lauren, after installation, did a really wonderful & fantastic job! Everyone was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind also. We love our new beautiful floors! We love the new "Sandbar" floors and "Refloor!"

Frank and his team were knowledgable and super efficient. Deon from corporste went above and beyond with helpung me with our final selections. Tammy followed up on tasks as they were completed.

Mike and his crew were wonderful to work with. Straight up and honest men. Worked very hard and answered any and all my questions and gave good advice on care of the floors. Don't loose these guy's. They're the best.

I worked with Mark Taus a flooring specialist. He was well prepared and helped me choose the right floor for my needs. He even made sure I received the best deal possible. The floors aren’t complete yet but so far I’m impressed.
