To be honest, I was afraid the appointment made with Herman, the best flooring specialist ever, was going to be a waste of his time. My dream project was to replace worn carpet on the stairway, hallway, and three bedrooms upstairs. I wanted something easy to clean, durable and of course beautiful for the entire upstairs area and thanks to REFLOOR and Herman my dream is now an amazing reality! The price for everything was shocking (in a good way). It wasn’t just the price that was impressive. Herman educated me on the different kinds of flooring and what they are best suited for. He also informed me about the company itself, and I learned about the integrity and awesome reputation that REFLOOR comes with. I loved his professional and sincere way of explaining EVERYTHING. I do not have the floor installed yet, but I feel perfect peace and joy about the decision I made today because of company values that I believe sets them apart. Thank you Herman and REFLOOR!

Dealing with Refloor was a great experience all the way around from the installation by Vitaliy to the open communication with Sarkis who consistently checked in with me during the installation to make sure everything was running smoothly. If you need new flooring installed in your home I would highly recommend Refloor for the job.

Krisztian and crew arrived precisely on time. They were clean, courteous, efficient and answered all my questions. Had a couple of floor squeaks and Krisztian added some nails to silence the squeaks. He also overlapped the plywood base to provide a better support. Very much appreciative. They both really worked well together. Can’t imagine another team doing our install any better. Super thankful !! P.S. They really have some cool tools !!!

Lucas Santos did a great job. Very hard worker and professional. Watty called amd checked on the job through out the day making sure we were happy and if we had any questions.

We had our main living areas completed two years ago and completed the office and bathroom this year. The job was completed in a couple of hours. We love the floors and customer service.
