Re floor did an awesome job from start to finish. From sales to install. We love our new floor. We will definitely use them again!!!

Samantha was great. She explained the company, the floor options , the installation process and the price options.

Herman did an excellent job explaining everything.

After damage due to ice melt and washing machine overflow, their techs patiently waited for the remediation covered by insurance, which took some time, and installed only once they were sure tge subfloor was dry. Did a great job, kitchen and bathroom.

Refloor did a great job. My floors are beautiful. Everyone was very professional from sales person Carlos to Watty and the floor crew. Would recommend them to anyone. 🙏 THANKS

Deon Baldwin who was very helpful when I wasn’t quite sure if I picked the right flooring color and needed more time to make a decision. Lauren, project coordinator, was very nice and telephone friendly with going over the final details. And the installation guys was very professional.

Dylan was exceptionally professional, congenial, knowledgeable, and informative. He answered all my questions and help me feel confident in the decision I made he even examined the LPV. I already have in my home. I look forward to the work done by the rest of the team. He is an excellent representative of the company.

Jeff what is very professional and answered all of my questions and gave me all of the options available to me along with different ways to pay for the project. I found this to be very helpful.

Excellent experience, Andrew was very understanding with all the questions i had, when he didn’t know the answer he got the answer for me. He was very patient and understanding and taking my time and choosing and selecting the color of the flooring that I chose. And explained everything clearly he was very polite. Just an all-around great experience.

Every single aspect of the experience was terrible. Customer service, honesty (or the lack thereof), installation quality, respect for my home (cigarette butts in our kitchen, front door left open after they left with nobody at the home), etc. I wrote a 5000 word essay and do not have the space for it here, but check Facebook or Google for my review. Do not allow yourself to be sold by this ethically questionable company. They rely heavily on marketing rather than quality work. We chose this company even though it was the most expensive option because we thought we could expect better if we paid more than if we had gone with a competitor. Horrible decision I will regret for years to come.

I signed an IPad trusting the salesman that everything was written the way it was suppose to. Do Not sign the iPad. Was to put carpet taken up to my basement. They hauled it away! Ordered Shaw flooring and paid for Shaw flooring but that is not what they put down! They did not have to move furniture because i hadnâ t moved it as of yet! This was end of May 2024. Put wrong color coving under kitchen cabinets. Wrong transition strips. I have dents in the flooring ,My dining room chairs will not slide evenly across the flooring even with felt on the bottom of them! I was told if there was a problem with the subfloor they would make it right! I called an attorney cos I feel I paid $12,000 for Shaw flooring did not get it to find out salesman lied. He did not put Shaw flooring in the iPad. Did not put they were supposed to put carpet in basement. He assured me it was Shaw flooring and the sample had a Shaw flooring sticker on the back of it! I was sick this day but my daughter was with us when it was all ordered So my daughter let the installers in and all they asked her was which closets were to have the flooring in them! They are suppose to be here August 8 th I will then let you know the end of this miserable story! Only because I canâ t pay an attorney $250. An hour is why the big dogs get away with screwing the under dogs like me. DO NOT SIGN THE IPAD!!!!!!
