From the sales rep Anna to the Install Coordinator Jean and the install crew Daryl, I had a first class experience. The sales rep was not pushy and took her time to explain the differences in floors. She worked with her manager to get me answers she was not sure of and helped me get the best pricing. Jean called me with information about getting ready for the installers, called me again when the install team was on the way and checked with me when the job was done. Daryl called me to let me know they were on their way we’re very professional and informed me on how they install would go. They did an excellent job and when finished they cleaned up their mess and thanked me for choosing ReFloor. During the entire process I had only one little hiccup, but the customer relations manager handled it promptly and matter was quickly resolved. I would recommend ReFloor to anyone wanting flooring installed. The entire team is courteous, professional and excellent to deal with!

Refloor just put a new floor in my dinning room it’s beautiful. The office people were extremely helpful, the sales man, Jeff was very knowledgable and answered the questions we had.

Xander Was an outstanding salesman, explained the process and everything the company has to offer in depth explained the plan , the install team was wonderful to work with however the Cooperate side of this company is awful and completely lacks communication from giving me inaccurate times for arrival, to having the install crew show up at the wrong location. The supervisor over the crew wasn?t answering his phone when the install crew called on day 2 took over an hour to get a call before they ever started work, wasn?t given notice of when they?d Be done for the day or arrival on day two was just woke up to someone knocking on my door. The crew wasn?t supposed to leave before we did a walk through they were already gone when we arrived at the house. Overall this has been the worst company to deal with for your floors and I will not recommend them to anyone the floors look great but Refloor is an awful company that needs to work on transparency and communication.
