Xander K. When he came out and for the first time to look at our place and go over the prices and different plans He was great. He explained everything thoroughly if you had any questions. He went back over it with you. Explained everything to where you can understand it I would highly highly recommend this company if you have any questions problems or concerns, they are always right. There to help you so if you have not tried out this company, I would highly recommend it

We have scheduled the work to be done and we're just astounded by how wonderful the price was and the lifetime guarantee and quality of the materials that they will be using. Will be sure to review after the work is done, but at this point I am so impressed by the quality, professionalism and kindness that Rachel provided to us. It's it's one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had

From the sales rep Anna to the Install Coordinator Jean and the install crew Daryl, I had a first class experience. The sales rep was not pushy and took her time to explain the differences in floors. She worked with her manager to get me answers she was not sure of and helped me get the best pricing. Jean called me with information about getting ready for the installers, called me again when the install team was on the way and checked with me when the job was done. Daryl called me to let me know they were on their way we’re very professional and informed me on how they install would go. They did an excellent job and when finished they cleaned up their mess and thanked me for choosing ReFloor. During the entire process I had only one little hiccup, but the customer relations manager handled it promptly and matter was quickly resolved. I would recommend ReFloor to anyone wanting flooring installed. The entire team is courteous, professional and excellent to deal with!
