The installers worked very diligently and professionally. 1400sqft installed and old carpet tore out in 3 days. The finish work was perfect as I couldnt find one spot that wasn’t. Cleaned up and I job mopped to get up dust.

The job was done exceptionally well and quickly too. The installers were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing. They even caught that our floor wasn’t level which would cause the planks to “pop out” over time. They provided a quick and proven solution and then were back the next day to lay the flooring. They were agile and very efficient with the completion of the job. The sales team and scheduling/planning team were very easy to work with and made sure we, the customer, were satisfied during the entire process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have LVP flooring installed in your house.

Tammy Kelly was great to work with. She listened to my needs and gave the project a thorough review even asked questions I wouldn’t have thought of. She provided design input and put the floors I was considering into a virtual view I’ve posted both I consider in the pictures. In the end I decided on the lighter option I was considering for the living area and a marble look in the bathroom. Thanks Tammy!

The actual floor and materials are a 5 star BUT had some issues with the installation. We had to call back out to fix a spot on the steps where the installer said it was normal but after talking to REFLOOR he corrected it. The other issues were resolved by the installer except for 3 items. The installer was asked to fix the toilet as it rocks and needed tightened and sealed. Then there was a question on the trim on the sliding door and the installer basically said no on removing the trim and placing the metal piece on. After the installer left the point of contact called my wife about the issues being fixed and my wife said to call me about it. I never received the call. The clean up was very poor. There is hardened floor flattener material on the driveway and front porch. I guess must have the responsibility to clean it up. Throughout the whole thing and probably with any floor company, but for the price I paid I was hoping to have a perfect installation.

Rickey who was my installer along with his team, did an amazing job from beginning until end. My house is 110 yrs old and we hadn't had anything replaced since we moved in which was about 30 years ago. He took into consideration all the little details to ensure the esthetics were intact. They communicated with me throughout the process and they helped us to get the process done. The finished job was beautiful.
