Floor was placed in living room area and looks great the only thing that bothers me is the transition between kitchen and living room think it should have been flat not raised. Also seen the ad where a robotic vacuum is being given away but didn't get one and sent Ed a message but no reply from him as of yet. Guess that is a false advertisement that I have seen. Would like a reply

very professional job looks great. Denise (direct#586-315-5591) was very helpful calling and overseeing the job. The installers were very professional and explained everything. did walk through at the end to make sure everything was satisfactory. would recommend refloor to anyone looking for flooring.

We have our flooring specialist Dayton Doering here to show us their product and how she can help us get the flooring I have been dreaming of. She was very informative, pleasant, easy to talk with and made this very easy to make an educated decision without any pressure. She was fun and easy to work with and my dogs and grandson loved her also. I will be doing more business with Dayton in the future for my 3 bedrooms floors and my 2 bathroom floors including the closets. I would recommend Dayton to anyone for flooring. She is great. I am anxious to get them installed in a couple weeks.

This is the finish product. I was working with a previous contractor and he never came back to replace my flooring so I hired refloor and they completed my order and came out a week later. I am so excited to have my new floors, I’ve been waiting 4 months and decided to be a part of my own rescue and hire refloor professionals. Best decision ever!

Shane was first of all very informative, patient and thorough in his assessment also provided workable solutions that made it affordable I really needed the floors done and I didn’t think that it would be possible at this early date because of my low income status I’m really happy that we could get it done in a reasonable & timely fashion I really appreciate his non-aggressive approach. He was friendly. and represented the Company well!!!

They use sub contractors. While they were here and pulled out our refrigerator, they pushed it up against our island and dented it in a straight line. This was 5 weeks ago. Our sub, Dennis called us and told me they would be replacing the door of our fridge. That was over 3 weeks ago. Don⠠t have his number anymore and no follow up. Don⠠t have a local number for the office in Maryland heights. Very disappointed. I expected more! 𠤬

Refloor did an AMAZING job from start to finish. The design consultant (Blake), project coordinator (Retina), installation coordinator (Carley), the installer (Marcelo)- and his helper (Jay), were all very professional and excellent at their jobs. Iâ d also like to give the installer, Marcelo, a BIG shoutoutâ ¦ he could not have been any nicer, considerate, or efficient. He did an EXCELLENT job at installing our floors and included us with all decision making that popped up along the way. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and that he really wants the customers to be happy with it too. And we are HAPPY! The floors look AMAZING. Refloor is extremely organized and professional. Their communication alone was 5 stars. They were extremely patient, answered all of my questions and my floors turned out beautiful. They moved all of my furniture, installed the flooring, cleaned up and put all of my furniture back. They were over the top friendly and confident. I would definitely recommend Refloor!

Refloor did a great job on my basement and laundry room floors. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and made picking a color easy. My old floors were scratched up because of my dogs but my new floor is definitely more durable. I definitely recommend Refloor to anyone that wants new flooring in their home, you won't be disappointed!
