Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace
As they did almost 2 years ago, Re-floor came in and did an EXCELLENT job reflooring, this time, our basement area.
We met with our sales representative Dylan on Friday, Aug 21st and secured their services.
Right after Dylan left, the same evening, Janie our support specialist called to confirm the work order and answered all questions.
On Monday, August the 24th Pedro and team were at our front door by 8:30am to get the job started.
These guy came in and professionally completed the job before 12 noon.
Our floors look ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!
My wife and I LOVE our new floors and the way RE-Floor took care of us.

Andrew, my sales rep, was extremely helpful when the luxury vinyl flooring we had selected was unexpectedly discontinued by the manufacturer (not Refloor) just before our installation date. He and Eddie immediately got new samples for us to choose from, allowing us to keep our original installation date.
Our installation team, Sarkis and Felipe, were efficient, professional, and FAST! They did a fantastic job installing the flooring in our bedroom and bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Everyone we worked with was friendly, responsive, and committed to making sure we were happy with our experience.
We highly recommend Refloor and would definitely use them again!

This is our second time using Refloor for luxury vinyl planking, and they made everything effortless again! Dylan from sales was great, Josh and Eddie from install coordination were amazing, checking in with us regularly as our job proceeded. Josh, especially, was very attentive to our needs and anything that would come about, and did our final assessment at the end of the install. Our flooring install crew (JD and another) was great! They worked so hard and got a 3 day job done in 2. We definitely recommend Refloor!

Great experience from the start. We asked for a few modifications and they worked with us to make it happen. 760 sq. Ft. plus stairs took 2 days. Only issue was after they left, we found something broken that they didn't notify us of.
