I highly recommend Refresh & Restore. I especially appreciated the extra time spent on job preparation. Jeremy not only fixed the holes, cracks and imperfections but then sanded and washed the ceiling and walls before painting. His attention to detail and suggestion to use a good quality paint resulted in an awesome finished project.
