Gloria B. Penn Township Pa. Jared impressed me immediately as an exceptionally competent and conscientious young man. He worked very hard to power wash and clean the cement block foundation of my house, removing peeling paint and grime and also some discoloration in the brick, then moved on to power wash and clean the concrete porch floor, front steps and walkway, making them look like new, all for a very reasonable price. He had savvy answers and suggestions for all my questions, and I feel very fortunate to have found such a skilled and knowledgeable individual. I plan to hire Jared for additional work and recommend him highly to everyone.

We live in Florida and hired this company to pressure wash our house and decks. Sent him the address ahead of time with some pictures. He was too lazy to go out to see the property and quoted us from the pictures. When he arrived he broke the spicket and had to go get another one before he could get started. We asked him to do the house, decks and roof. What he did was the front of the house, the side deck and took moss off the corner of the front corner of the roof. He sent me a picture of the side deck which looked great. That is the only part of his work that was acceptable. The back deck was not even done, the siding in the back of the house had swirl marks like he was just pretending to pressure wash the back. I had my 75 year old mother in law and 80 year old father in law drive over from Ohio while he was at the house. When he would left it was dark out and now claims my in laws approved his work. I was there over the weekend and was VERY DISAPPOINTED to say the least at the job he was supposed to do but did not. His response now is it has been a month and you complain. He took advantage and charged an out of state customer $750 and we even tipped him $100 on top of that. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM HIRING THIS GUY AS FIRST HE NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND HE IS A BUSINESS AND HE NEEDS TO DO THE WORK THAT HE IS HIRED TO DO.
