Carlos is absolutely amazing at his trade. He came out to service an ac unit for my mom that is 17 years old. Many companies refuse to come to the far west valley for service so the options for service have been limited. The companies that have come out failed to diagnose and have only determined the unit needed to be replaced and have refused to attempt repair. As a retiree who is responsible for three vulnerable adults, costly $15000+ new units are not in the budget at this time. Carlos was kind enough to come out on a Saturday and was knowledgeable and professional enough to diagnose and repair the unit. He provided my mom with a reasonable rate. We recommend Carlos and he will be our first call in the future.

I was able to call him and he came out right away to fix my fan motor and he was very prompt in responding and coming out although he was already slammed and it was after hours. He also helped my mother and sister. He was very thorough in explaining what was going on and why it needed to be fixed and what it does for the whole system even though I am not an expert on AC talk.
