I would happily upgrade this to a 4-star or 5-star review if Brian ever got back to us regarding cleaning up the materials left at our house after the job was complete and a minor repair he mentioned he would take care of. Part of the problem was Home Depot which was just recently picked up (2 months after the job was done, which is another aggravating piece that isn't his fault), but he said the other stray items he'd take care of and he has completely ignored us. We were also supposed to be given a refund from what Home Depot picked up, but like said we've not heard from Brian whatsoever since he told us the pickup date from Home Depot despite us reaching out multiple times. It's like "oh that fence is done, okay moving on to the next project I'm making money on" rather than focusing on delivering good impression for the customer on more than just a fence being installed. Otherwise the job was done well, reasonably priced, timely and he was a very friendly guy. He even found a creative solution on making sure we could still see our beautiful oak tree out back, which we appreciate.

Brian was responsive to my request for a quote, and the turn-time on the work was really quick. Fence came out looking great and the price was reasonable.

Brian did a fantastic job on our fence. We replaced our front gates and fence with white vinyl. It looks great and we get compliments on it all the time from neighbors and friends. He is professional and great to work with. Thank you Brian.
