We couldn’t be happier with our entire experience with Pete and Regal Construction from day 1 for our addition and remodel. We were so impressed with his communication and scheduling of subcontractors. Rarely was there a day that someone wasn’t at our house working to finish the project. The project finished a little early despite delays with permitting due to the city of Lakewood. The original estimate Pete provided was very close to the actual cost, however we added on several changes during the process. Pete was easy going, friendly and great to have around during the entire process. Would highly recommend!

Regal did a garage conversion (500 sq ft) to a finished master suite, remodel of our old master suite (300 sq ft), addition of a garage to replace the old one, and put a gorgeous roof over our patio. Every experience we had with Pete was top notch and very professional. He was on site pretty much every day we had workers at our home and was very communicative and flexible with a few changes we wanted to make as the project developed. The best part was that he had everything planned and we never had stretches of downtime. His tradespeople all were high caliber and efficient, not to mention friendly as well. I've already recommended Pete to some friends that are looking at doing additions and remodels.

There is simply no one else that I would have put my trust in to create a 600-plus SF addition with complete remodel of the main floor of my home than Pete. He is laser focused on every detail and has that ability to see your home through a lens that you just can not. He brings sound ideas, creativity and functional suggestions to every element of the project and then completes those tasks with care and precision. His crews know what Pete expects and what homeowners deserve and they match his level of professionalism and detail.

Pete and his crews were fantastic. We hired him to add a "pop top" master suite over our garage and I couldn't be more happy with my new space. Pete was so easy to work with and communicated with me almost daily. He came in on time and within budget. He had great design ideas and he made the space amazing! I will definitely hire him again for any construction projects in the future.

Pete was involved with each phase of the job starting with plans, submittals, permitting, and took a "hands on" approach to the construction of our carport. He proved to be an excellent communicator and delivered an excellent project which we have received many compliments on.

Pete and his team did an excellent job with our new Master Suite addition! After another contractor dragged his feet and did nothing for close to two months, we hired Regal and Pete immediately started to make things happen. Everything was very professional and he ended up finishing the work several weeks ahead of the original schedule.
