We had part of our pump house taken out by a large cedar tree during the big storms last winter. We found Steve on Next Door. Steve took care of everything from demo to rebuild, to improving and strengthening the new section. Everything from roofing to painting. Even helping to deal with the insurance company. His communication was incredible. Unlike most contractors I've dealt with over the years, he actually calls you back if you leave him a message, and quickly too. I'd use him and his guys again should the need ever arise.

Steve and his crew did a fabulous job on pouring a concrete slab and built wooden steps over an existing concrete block staircase which was very unsafe to walk on. Not only is our stairwell safe and sturdy now to walk on, but it looks beautiful! They pay close attention to the esthetics of their work which I really appreciate! They were fast, reasonable, and very professional. They also cleaned up everyday after the job which we really appreciated. My husband and I will definitely be hiring them again for future projects.

Once again I asked Steve to do a massive, non-standard job and he and his team excelled! I wanted an extremely low maintenance, raised stone deck that looked great and would remain so in light of my physical disabilities. Upon tearing out the old rotted deck, they found a rotted log that had to be replaced before the new deck was built. I contacted a log home expert and they worked with him to replace the log! Steve and Zac both conducted extensive research to find the best solution for my deck vision, learn the details of the special construction and then executed to perfection! I could not be more pleased with the result! They will finish the job next summer by building me an outdoor kitchen! I can't wait to see the completion of the next phase! The price was a shock, but I guess I underestimated the labor and material requirements. Steve kept me informed about this every step of the way and offered cheaper alternatives for me to consider at each stem. A true team effort!

Steve and his men did two bathroom remodels and a laundry room for us. Quality is top notch and all his men are friendly and easy to have in your home. We worked together to organize materials when they were needed. The communication was excellent throughout the project. Regal Construction can be counted on to give you great value at a competitive price.

Regal Construction did a wonderful job remodeling our master bathroom, creating a laundry closet just how we envisioned it and putting in interior doors, a patio door and taking care of several other small tasks. Their expertise seems to cover everything, their price was fair and our satisfaction was of great importance to them. Above all else, we value their honesty and positive attitudes and will be using them for future work.

Regal Construction Turning our small, 35 year old kitchen into a larger, more functional one was no easy task, but Steve and his crew were up to the challenge. We were impressed with their problem solving and positive attitude when encountering the typical surprises that come with opening up an old kitchen. Nothing daunted them. They took the time to find the right solution for each issue, often giving us several choices on how we wanted them to proceed. They cleaned up before they left each day, and were good about communicating every aspect of the job, including when to expect their arrival each day. They were flexible when we requested changes to the original scope of work. They were even able to take care of some small jobs, unrelated to the kitchen remodel that we had been unable to find anyone to do. We will be hiring them again for our next project.

Steve and his assistant Juan take pride in their work no matter how seemingly big or small the task. They not only want to get the job done, they want to get it done right. Customer satisfaction is important to them. Steve, the owner, is very personable and down-to-earth.

Steve and crew did a great job on our master bath. It could be right out of a magazine. Everything was remodeled just as we envisioned it and more. The quality and value of our bath remodel were excellent. We have already hired them to do our guest bath. Highly recommended.

Steve and his assistant did a tremendous job on our master bathroom. It looks like it was right out of a remodeling magazine. They "demoed" the old bath, did a complete re-layout, and installed new tile and hardware. He orchestrated the installation of the plumbing and electrical work. The bath was expertly repainted. Everything was completed on schedule and within fair estimated prices. Great personality. We were so pleased we will have him do our guest bath next month.

Steve did a great job repairing our stairs down to the beach after a big wind storm. Good communications, outstanding workmanship, and a fair price. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Work still in progress. Flooring to be done with finish and trim remaining but overall very satisfied with Regal Construction. The went on and above their obligation to keep me a satisfied customer.

Steve and his apprentice did a great job to make our kitchen floor look beautiful with the new toe molding. He was honest and brought another job on my roof to my attention that needed repair. I will hire him anytime I have I have work to be done.

Quality work....stuck to budget...pleasant to be around. Would hire again.

Regal Construction painted our kitchen cabinets, and did an excellent job. We are moving forward with our deck project now, and are using them to complete this project as well, as we have been very pleased with the level of service and the outcome of their work so far.
