Did an awesome job! Would highly recommend them!

During dry wall repair, found we had a home frame problem. Contacted Charlie Gibbons and he was able to come out the same day and give us a very reasonable bid. Work was completed in 3 days as he bid. This work included removing ceiling, adding beam and running rafters in the proper direction. This included hauling refuse away. We had another contractor out for some roof repair follow up and they asked for Charlie's business number, they were impressed with his work quality. Was also impressed that he had all the proper equipment to complete work without delay.

Charlie is a talented contractor and is very professional; he is on time works hard and does a great job. Our bath tiling looks great and we get complements all the time. I would recommend Regal Construction and have been. Thank you Charlie for all your hard work!

Charlie is a superior contractor and very good on all the details; large and small. He follows up and is on time and most importantly does a professional job. I would highly recommend him and his employee(s) to anyone. Regal Construction see your project through with the utmost professionalism.

Charlie is a very hard worker and completed our egress window install on target with his estimate. I would highly recommend Regal Construction to anyone.

Last fall I hired Charlie to replace several (13) windows in my home and replace the siding on 3 sides of my home. Charlie was prompt with his estimate and very accurate. He ordered the product and had it installed in a timely fashion. I feel the quality of the work was very good considering that these were not typical replacement windows. I wanted the whole frame and everything replaced right down to the studs. That type of job is harder and messier and requires more final fitting than just fitting a replacement in an existing framework. He did a good job! The siding went on pretty well as I watched the daily progress. He hired subs for this. All in all I am pleased with Charlie's performance and craftsmanship. The 1/2 point deduction in work quality is due to his subs on the siding work. They cussed a lot and left me with little touchups I need to do here and there. The 1/2 point deduct on price is due to the fact that I thought when we picked out the windows and ordered them that they would come pre-finished on the inside. The windows did not come pre-finished as I thought and it cost me additional money to have Charlie hire a sub to stain and seal them. All in all this left Charlie and Regal Construction with a 4.5 rating. Charlie is a definite 5 star guy so I have a long list of additional work that I am going to hire him for. The biggest reason is because I feel that I can trust him.

I too was impressed by their good reviews on this site, but found their work to be quite marginal. The entire project was botched, as they cut corners, left trim work unfinished, left the property unsecured with the door hanging wide open over night and lied there way through the project. They used my tools and equipment without cleaning them afterwards and even took several tools and never returned them when confronted. I would never recommend these guys for anything.

We are amazed after reading some of these "good" ratings and it is difficult to believe this is the same construction group. Our experience was nothing like this and it is hard to know where to begin.....The tile put down in our bathroom has tiles not level with the others. One toilet installed leaked twice, the tile installed in the shower are not flush with each other, it took 3 cuts in a wall and a leak in the basement (which ruined a mattress) before finally completed this project. Probably the most telling was when we found a hole in the corner in the new shower base (which was obviously attempted to hide the damage because it had caulk put over it). What we now have is a shower base that has lumps from attempts to fix the hole and other soft areas noted after it was installed. Could go on but believe our opinion of the poor workmanship and our unhappiness with this project is understood. By not signing this review it does not mean what was written is not true. (Wonder if only positive reviews are published). What we do know, is that we will NOT have these contractors back in our home again.

I had a load bearing wall removed and a mico lam installed

Charlie and Troy knocked it out !! Replaced a slider door and kept their appointment and original estimate despite some minor installation surprises. GOOD JOB GUYS !!!! Thankx for the clean up.

Very reliable and kept in contact with us thought the process.

very good to deal with.

Prompt and courteous, made sure job was done completely. I would call again if I need work!

I liked the contractor! He was always willing to help and answer whatever questions we had, he made sure we were happy.

He was prompt and friendly, professional, did a good job.

I've used him quite a few times and I'm really pleased with his work.

Charlie was a very nice individual. He replaced and fastened siding to our garage. He called right away, answered phone calls and arrived on time.

We had an excellent experience with Regal Construction. The prices were fair, and the quality of work was exceptional. Charlie was dependable and always showed up on time.
