Regal Custom Painting

When I needed someone to paint my Osterville home, I called an old local company who gave me a price that seemed much too high. To get a second estimate, I consulted Home Advisor and was extremely impressed with the reviews of Regal Custom Painting. I received a call from him within an hour and set a time to meet. He arrived early and was most professional as he walked through the home with me offering ideas and suggestions. When I received his estimate, I was shocked to see that he was half the price of the other well known and highly respected firm I consulted first. Due to circumstances beyond my control I was not able to have him begin until a year and a half later but he kept in touch, calling very few months to check in with me showing his professionalism but absolutely zero pressure. Well now the work is done and I can assure you that Emerson and his team deserve every one of their five stars. He even had the house professionally cleaned afterwards as he was uncomfortable with the amount of dust in the home! Reliability, quality, trustworthiness, value and professionalism could not be improved upon. I have another home on the Cape that will need painting in the near future and I most certainly will be calling him again.

Emerson was very attentive and personable. Was a great help in choosing paint. And even discovered some other issues that needed attending to - Exterior Back door frame was in need of minor repair and He and his team were able to address that. Work was done neatly and very professional.

Wonderful!!! First off, I moved to the Cape from Maine into a neglected large apartment that was abused over a period of 15 years and of which the landlord could care less. The holes large enough drive a truck through, mold, dirt, cracks, etc. The more I looked at it each night the more I was convinced no one could make this place right again. The paint job was also on me and my meager funds. I contacted different painters but was taken aback by the outrageous estimates, one guy looked at the place and never came back, to the shady crew down the street who I knew immediately could not perform the job. I found Home Advisor and reviews of Emerson's crew. So when I contacted him I was not sure he would even consider the job being and hour and a half to two hours to drive down here. But he came on time and said he would send an estimate in a couple of days. It arrived and to my delight it was incredible and something I could afford. In hindsight, I personally believe he underestimated the amount of work that he promised but what a catch of luck for me!!! His crew is wonderful, pleasant, professional and they worked their fannies off never taking time off except for a small lunch break. Obviously they had to get up very early to get here by 8am each morning. They knew what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves each day. It's like getting a new hip or knee replacement, you want the surgeon who just does hips and knees. Very happy!!!! Beautiful job for what was a nightmare. P.S. Emerson has an Elvis Presley thing going for him! Great Job guys!!!

Emerson and his crew did an excellent job of painting the entire master bedroom suite including trim, the basement floor and repairing and re-staining the deck of our home. He finished on time and on budget. His team was professional and courteous. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

Alves Emerson of Regal Custom Painting took the first appointment for giving me an estimate and he gave a very reasonable estimate. He painted our 1600 square foot interior in one week and did a great job. He is thorough, careful, considerate, and reliable. I highly recommend his work.

When an additional wall needed to be painted, it was done for a small additional charge. I would highly recommend Emerson and his team.

Emerson came right out and gave me a quote. He was able to start right away. He was very professional and reasonable. Marco handles the job and did a terrific job prepping the kitchen cabinets, filling in any holes and painting them - they came out great!! We liked them so much, they also painted a bedroom and again it came out great. I highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

Emerson is a true professional who is going to do very well for himself in this industry. He was very, very accommodating and when I asked if he could bump me up to do some painting on my house because of a veterans refinancing issue, he was more than accommodating. he and his workers are courteous and respectful. I would rehire him in a second. I really can't say enough nice things about him.

Emerson was so easy to deal with, that i added more to the project while he and his crew were still here! They did a great job, and so much faster than I could do it myself. Was a huge time saver for me. I'll never pick up a paint brush again, its just too easy to call Emerson, and the job just gets done!
