Good price, some of your otheres were higher, not the lowest. Good attitude in asnwereing my questions and figuring out how to do the job. did job on schedule and came back twithiut argueing and fixed a couple of spots that didn't dry correctly.

Our carpet was incredibly stained from numerous puppy potty training. I knew the floor underneath wouldn't look pretty. I felt assured that Regal could handle sanding & re taining the hardwood floor, yet the first day we were told of the need to select alternative flooring as ours was too damaged. It was a rush to select flooring & a rush to ensure the materials were available. I would have liked to have had a discussion prior to the work being done to ensure that options for flooring had been fully explored. A three day job turned into an entire weekend with a half completed floor. Overall the project was a downer but the floor looks great!

I would recommend Justin's floor company. We had our floors refinished and they look beautiful. Next year we will hire him to install new wood flooring. Great job.

We were very pleased with the work that was done. We replaced our current flooring with Hardwood throughout our lower floor of our home. Not only were they prompt, but there was almost no dust when we came home. They were flexible with our schedule as we had to delay the job for a week due to personal circumstances. I would recommend this company to any of my friends who were looking to install Hardwood flooring.
